Lanier Home Builders is a faith-based, family-owned custom builder serving thirteen North Georgia communities from our home base in Cumming. We do not chase volume. We build ten to twenty homes a year so the owners still know your name, your lot, and the verse that will hang over your door.
More than sixty years of combined construction experience sit behind every bid — land walks, permitting, framing, finish, and the last walkthrough. We specialize in homes designed around your vision, your property, and your budget, whether you arrive with a full set of plans or a folder of photos and a feeling.
Before we hand over the keys, every Lanier home is given a name that reflects the story behind it, anointed with Scripture, and blessed. That is not a marketing line. It is how we finish the work.
